Bret and I celebrated our FIRST Anniversary last week. We stayed at the Anniversary Inn Sunday night and Monday we went to Park City! We were a little nervous when we pulled up to the Anniversary Inn. The building looks so old and run down-its kind of in the ghetto. But once we got inside it was really nice! We had so much fun relaxing, watching movies, and just being together! The rooms here are so fun-if you've never been, you need to go. So worth it!
The shopping in Park City at the outlets was a lot of fun too. We shopped til Bret just couldn't take it anymore. Just kidding he is actually a good shopping partner- I think he came home with more than I did. We found a lot of good deal and had fun walking all over. The weather was so nice which made it even better!
I can't believe we have already been married a whole year. The time has gone by so fast. We love being married and have so much fun together-we have been so blessed this past year! I don't know where we'd be without each other. I married the sweetest boy anyone could ask for. I have been so blessed with a hard working, loving, forgiving, patient, do anything to make me happy husband. Bret is so incredible. I can't tell you how many times I have come home from work on a Saturday and he has cleaned the entire house-or he's surprised me and washed, waxed, and cleaned the inside of my car, or finished the laundry, he even cooks dinner and does the dishes. The list could go on and on. I always tell him "I don't know how I got so lucky." I'm so blessed to have such a great husband and to be sealed to him for ETERNITY. He means the world to me-we have had so much fun learning, growing and trying to figure out life together.

ReplyDeleteI am the worst sister in the world cause I totally forgot my baby brothers anniversary! I am so sorry but so happy for you both that you got to spend it together having fun:) Ours was spent in the hospital because Jacks body just didn't want that silly appendix anymore! Love you two!
